For Type B apartments:
4th person in the room: 20% discount on the base rate

Short stays: for bookings of less than 3 days, we apply a 10% surcharge.
Cancellation conditions:
In accordance with European standards and in the absence of any other agreement, you will be charged the following penalties if you cancel after this date:
- Cancellation 14 days to 8 days before arrival: 60 % of the deposit amount.
- Cancellation 7 days before arrival or non-arrival: 100 % of the deposit amount
- Late arrival/early departure: 80% of the daily rate
